STUDIA EDU TECH COMPANY provides the STUDIA learning service and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Data we collect

We collect account and profile information such as name, email address, authentication records, role, grade, curriculum preferences, and parent-student links.

We process learning activity including tasks, answers, assessment results, progress, schedules, AI tutor conversations, and subscription entitlements.

If a user chooses the avatar feature, we process the selected photo and generated avatar images. We also process support messages, device and diagnostic information, and Apple or web purchase records.

How data is used

We use data to authenticate users, provide and personalize learning, operate parental features, process and restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain security, and improve service reliability.

Service providers and transfers

We use service providers for hosting and storage, email, customer support, diagnostics, AI model processing, and payment or App Store processing. Avatar photos and relevant AI prompts may be sent to contracted AI processing providers. Apple processes App Store purchases and Moyasar processes web card payments. Providers may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards.

Children and parental consent

STUDIA includes learning services for children. Where parental consent is required, a parent or legal guardian must provide it before linking and processing a child's learning activity. Parents should not link a child unless authorized to do so.

Retention

Personal learning and profile data is kept while the account is active and removed when the account is permanently deleted, subject to operational backup cycles. Financial records and immutable Apple transaction evidence may be retained where required for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention, security, or law, after being disconnected from direct account identity.

Your choices and rights

Users can update profile information, remove an avatar, manage or restore Apple subscriptions, and permanently delete their account inside Account. Applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing.

Security and contact

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through Help & Support inside STUDIA or through the contact details on the STUDIA website.

Changes

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The effective version shown above identifies the policy currently in force.
